Room service woudl ve been splendid if they didn't forget my utensils and make me wait 30 minutes just to bring a spoon! I can't believe the pool was closed without proper notice. I expected some kind of compensation for these trivial issues, but clearly my needs were of no importance here. Almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't.

Reception and hotel service,... Friendly and very attentive staff... The room was of good quality apart from one of the 2 showers so has the suite which flooded the apartment as soon as you use it.
The location of the hotel in a not very reassuring area.
